1. Outline and elaborate on common and real life applications for Knowledge Management System (KMS) in ONE of the following industries: Logistics, Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Marketing.
2. Discuss a real life example for articulating the activities of socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Discuss how one activity can be incorporated with each of the others.
3. Discuss a real life example of a business process as reported in the public media such as news report, newspapers, etc. and explain how the knowledge processes are embedded in the business process. Hence, comment on the effectiveness for ONE of the knowledge processes as identified in the example and propose a KM tool to improve it.
