Problem
The topics for debate will be change leadership effectiveness and regulatory consideration when making widespread changes to include Department of Labor.
Consider the importance of decision making within the organization during change and employee morale challenges that could derail change efforts.
Outline all of the topics, with each team member contributing their individual points of view, but ultimately creating one governing outline for use during the debate. Members can speak spontaneously on topics they feel comfortable with (this outline does not get submitted with the assignment)
Present/Debate a negative constructive for 2 to 3 minutes, and then follow with an affirmative constructive for 2 to 3 minutes. The goal is not to totally disagree, but to debate the usefulness of decision making, leadership effectiveness, and employee morale challenges as they impact organizational change.
