Outcomes of job analysis

Assignment:

Some in the field believe that the concept of the job is changing, and for many organizations the notion of the job is becoming obsolete. Some have observed a trend they call "dejobbing" - viewing organizations as a field of work needing to be done, rather than as a set or series of jobs held by individuals. It is also difficult to define jobs in organizations which are primarily team based where each team member may change roles from week to week. This calls for more flexibility when it comes to the job analysis and the outcomes of the job analysis such as the job description. In many situations such as team-based organizations, job descriptions may need to be changed. What do you think?

Your answer must be typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides, APA format and also include references.
