Our readings this week discuss the application of the administrative functions of Planning, Organizing, Directing and Controlling in a public safety role. The supplemental reading on Leadership Style reviewed the application of Authoritarian/Autocratic, Participative/Democratic and Delegative/Laissez-Faire leadership styles.
