Origin of an xy-coordinate system

A 4.0-oC charge is situated at the origin of an xy-coordinate system. What is the potential difference between a point x1 = 2.0 m and another point x2 = 5.0 m because of this charge? The answer is 11 E 3 V, not -11 E 3 V, but why? Why is it positive than negative?
