Using the Argosy University online library resources, identify and research an organization of your choice and identify organizational decisions and actions that are destructive to the health and welfare of organizational members and the wider community. Suggest alternative solutions that guide organizations to change practices to promote the well-being of their members as well as the wider community.
1.Summarize your findings using the metaphors we are studying in this module.
2.Identify and explain at least three negative decisions or actions taken by organizational leaders that impacted the health and welfare of the employees, the organization, and the external stakeholders.
3.Taking the role of a consultant, make at least three recommendations to the CEO of the organization you identified on the practices they could change to promote the health and welfare of its members, the organization, and its stakeholders. What is the anticipated impact of the decisions you recommend?
