Functional Structure defines the development and departments and it is designed to achieve the company goals. It defines the environment the level of competence and the potential level of employees which is important to become successful. It fulfills the company goals and the employee's demands because functional structure includes the employee's satisfaction ad customer's feedback for example: The training to new employees is based on the functional structure of the organization.

Divisional structure defines the division in the organization and the various departments level in the organization including marketing finance production research supply etc for example Divisional structure is important because the specific job has been given to the specific department so the work becomes easy and easier to complete.

Traditional structure represents the organizational rules and process as well as the values and norms of the company for example the staff members don't have the authority to mis communicate or misbehave with his managers. Matrix structure it includes the combination of functional and divisional structure to give the best and provide the better outcome for example the target to be met.
