Organizational ethics; Internal and external controls: integrated ethics with organizational structure.
This paper is concerning the client and counselors relationship. The counselor is not licensed nor does he/she have a "Credential Substance Abuse Counselor certification. How do I explain that this is an un-ethical act on behave of the drug rehabilitation center for hiring a person just because they over-came their addiction oppose to their being certified?
