Organizational culture is the culture that exists in an organization. "Something mine to a social culture." Therefore, organizational culture is "contextually driven" and is comprised of many intangible things such as "values, beliefs, assumptions, perceptions, artifacts, and patterns of behaviour." What does this all means? To you, to your organization, to your community and to your country?
