Assignment task: Leadership characteristics, including behavioral theory, diversity in leadership is presented in the foundation of leadership theory. Followership and the leadership that is situational dynamic is examined including motivation and barriers to opportunity. Lastly, organizational culture and the external environment are also focused on including contemporary contexts of leadership and charismatic leadership.
Organizational and contextual application of leadership and situation is the focus of this assessment. Identify an organization and its leader and integration any of the theories and concepts in the chapters that are relevant to the organization, its culture, any external factors (such as the industry) and its leader, citing specific theory elements as well as a minimum of three external sources about the organization and its leader.
