The building and land will be owned by G/K, S.A., a company 80 percent owned by Guerra and 20 percent owned by Keefe. G/K will enter into an agreement with Keefe under which Keefe is to build and operate the plant and receive 95 percent of the projected profit from the plant for the first twenty years of its operation.
