Research two articles or source of information.
a) one that addresses the imprtance of the reading of the miranda rights, regardless of the circumstances and,
b) one that addresses the reason why the miranda rights should not be read to a suspected terrorist.
Examine all of the information that you have read, write about four or five paragraphs decribing circumstances under which the miranda rights should or should not apply to an individule. include the components blew:
First, present your argument for why the miranda rights are important and should be read to an individule, regardless of the circumstances.
second, present a counter arguments for why the special cirumstances in the arrest of a suspected terrorist justify that police should not be required to read the miranda rights to an individual.
cite you sources for presenting both your sides of the argument.
