In this Application, you will develop a questionnaire for primary stakeholders in order to cover Stage 2 of CUSTOM, which is to identify the stakeholders and describe their motivation, disincentives, knowledge, skills, power, influence in the organization, and tasks.
Create a 2- to 3-page report conforming to APA style that contains the following:
A brief introduction
A questionnaire that:
Allows easy completion of the proposed evaluation or requirements capture. (Ensure that there is enough space in the open-ended questions for textual comments.)
Includes closed-ended questions that cover each stakeholder's personal data and tasks
Includes open-ended questions that cover each stakeholder's motivation, disincentives, knowledge, and goals and the way the stakeholder measures success
A brief explanation of the reason for asking each question
The results of the primary user:
CUSTOM Stage 2 Table: A table that provides the current state of the stakeholders by including their motivation, disincentives, knowledge, skills, power, influence in the organization, and tasks
CUSTOM Stage 2 Summary: A summary that provides additional insights into the table information
