One area that really caught my attention was your regarding mistakes. Mistakes is a natural part of life and if managers believe they are above making mistakes, they are setting themselves up for failure. Also, I believe, as long as it is not consistently done, admitting mistakes and learning from them by management can be demonstrated to the employees, which I feel is a good thing. What are your thoughts on this?
