Once you choose topic, submit an outline of preliminary research with two scholarly references. Within outline, discuss why you chose topic, possible subtopics for focus (two), possible research questions you could investigate and the relevance of you two references to your research. Make sure topics, research questions and references provide a description of the model, leader behaviors, follower behaviors and any other elements you choose.
