Choose from any one of the following occupations (nurses, hairdressers, club bouncers, lawyers, or teachers). Critically assess your chosen occupation in relation to the role of emotional labour. In particular, your discussion should consider why and how they perform either or both, what the potential impact of this is on these workers and how they help us understand the nature of interactive service work.
