Specific Objectives
The objective of the study is to examine the outcome of integration of logistic and supply chain management of MNCH commodities on service delivery, specific objectives have been set to achieve the aim of the study:
1. Collecting information in various supply chain and delivery mechanism for MNCH products and commodities, operating in an independent manner in Nigeria.
2. Finding areas where collaboration and integration of these services in possible.
3. The modelling of the subject will help explain and understand about how integration of supply chain management of MNCH products will improve the continuum of MNCH services and care provisioning.
4. Finding out the key contributors or drivers that lead the firms in selecting a supply chain contract, with the objective of assessing the supply chain orientation, performance and supply chain integration of the firms
Research Questions
The research study has been designed to develop answers for the following questions:
1. What distribution networks will allow for integration of MNCH commodities supply chain management?
2. What management tools can be applied that can lead to improvement in MNCH sevices at the required delivery points?
3. What are the key contributors or drivers that lead the firms in selecting a supply chain contract?
