Let's say you have selected elementary schools as your sector. Now pick a specific elementary school....It can be one back home, or one here in Ellensburg. Just realize that you will have to do REAL RESEARCH about the place.
If you selected work-sites, now pick a specific company. If you picked the community, now pick a specific community.
Go online and look up the demographics of the specific entity that you have chosen. (Demographics = population descriptions like size, number of people, age, race, ethnicity, sex...) Remember that we are going to focus on the STAFF and not the actual clients/students.
Write up a quick report that describes your specific place.
