Invitation to Bid State project
Newfield Construction, acting as Construction Manager (at risk) for the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) will receive sealed proposals for the Bid Package listed below until 2:00 PM. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. All bids will be received at the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) Construction Office, 147 Charter Oak Ave. Hartford, CT 06106. All proposals should be addressed to Newfield Construction. Construction Manager, c/o CREC. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of site preparation for the new secondary education facility.
Please take special note of the following performance criteria:
(a) Identification of issues;
(b) Discussion of these issues within the context of the facts presented;
(c) Reference to prevailing legal principles, as well as statutes or regulations where applicable;
(d) Logical, well-organized presentation of ideas and analysis;
(e) Concise and exemplary writing styles;
(f) Sharp, insightful commentary.
