Neurological - Neurological observation is the collection of information on a patient's central nervous system this consisting of the brain and spinal cord.
Neurovascular - Neurovascular Observations is used to examine a limb/s post trauma (fracture, burns or surgery). It examines the colour, warmth sensation and movement of the limb.
