Business Creation
I'm creating my own Senior caregiver business, however I need some help in the following:
1. Need to identify the legal and regulatory issues while creating this business
2. Need to select the professionals that I would rely upon for business advice, how would I choose them and whom
3. The legal entity that I have chosen for this business is Limited partnership, since I won't be involved in the control or operations of the business. If you agree please explain why? if not explain why as well
