Need help in Creating forms in Atlassian Confluence
We have installed Confluence and now to create some checklists and forms that our team can complete when working with clients. We have these by now in MS Word format.
The forms are a combination of check boxes (Completed/Not Completed) and written responses.
Once the form is completed it needs to saved thus it cannot not be modified and be able to be exported to a PDF.
Desired Skills are HTML, PHP, WordPress, confluence
