Problem clearly stated is a problem half solved. A proper definition of research problem will enable you as the researcher to be on the track whereas ill defined problem may create hurdles for you, Ask the following questions to yourself while defining the problem:
- What data are to be collected?
- What characteristics of data are relevant?
- What relationship between variable to be explored?
- What techniques will be used?
Fomulation of problem statement clearly is more essential than its solution.
