Multiple Ventures
1) There is a distinct lack of discipline in the management team (Gail, Whitney, and Nick primarily). Member ranking is not clearly defined. There is a lack of a formal structure that defines roles and responsibilities. Perhaps a Matrix is needed?
2) CanGo is taking on too many ventures at once, and not focusing on any single project to ensure success. "Too many irons in the fire," as Ann T. put it. Any recommendations?
