2. Once eavesdropping, search and seizure, and detention of suspects is allowed, how does one decide where it ends?
3. Will this mean that any ethnic group that protests its situation or treatment in U.S. society may be vulnerable to the government's concern for national security?
4. Does any of this actually address the problem of national security in a useful way?
