Complete the Lifelong Leadership Inventory by the National Center for Healthcare Leadership.
NOTE: The leadership inventory can be downloaded or printed. (The downloaded version will not permit you to modify it.) Once printed, it can be completed, scanned, and then uploaded. If you are unable to do this, read through the competency, and use it as a resource to answer the questions. Be sure to make a note of the outcome of your review in your log.
o Name at least two capabilities on the leadership competency that you perceive to be most important for your future career goals and two that you think are most challenging to achieve and explain why. Name one intrinsic reward and one extrinsic reward that would motivate you to achieve the goal.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
