As we discussed during the collaborate session, the U.S. Supreme Court in Quill v North Dakota held that North Dakota's imposition of a use tax on Quill Corporation did not violate the due process clause of the 14th amendment but did violate the dormant commerce clause because it posed an undue burden on interstate commerce. Using the facts of Quill v. North Dakota, let's assume that a North Dakota resident sues Quill for breach of contract. Using the factors that the court used in Johnson v. Arden, argue whether or not Quill should be subject to personal jurisdiction in North Dakota. Please use all 5 factors in your answer.
