My manager is book smart, and she is new to management ,she is not a people person, she does not know how to interact with her staff, but she knows how to quote policies went things goes wrong on the department without investigating the circumstances. Her assistance, on the other hand is a people person, she can relate to people, she is can explain things in a calm and clear manner. Before jumping to conclusion she investigates, she wants to know what went wrong and why, We just love her and will do any thing for her.
Do you think that this woman and her assist compliment one another? I also wonder if the assistance indirectly models for the woman EQ?
