In addition, when I first transferred to my job that has pre-tax benefits I noticed a lot of younger employees would mention using these accounts since they are still trying to get their master's degree or they have other priorities to take care of. Furthermore, I have not heard from the seasoned employees that have been there for years about the pre-tax benefits, because they usually tell me things that benefits them right now. All in all, I believe all employee value these benefits, but also not all of them tend to use this benefit based on their life situation
