My dismissal was due to miscommunication between the school and myself. While enjoying the program, I had a difficult time adjusting to unique learning style as the program was a satellite school. That was the reason I was put on probation. The main campus says they sent me information on how to continue the program which I do not recall getting. Based on my understanding from my satellite school I thought I did not need to take further action. They misunderstood my silence as if I no longer wanted to continue the program and dismissed me. This has been a very difficult experience for me, but I learned the importance of direct communication. It tested my desire to pursue pharmacy and I still have a passion to be in this field.
