My concentration is in msn/ nurse administrationI have tried to come up with topics such as Improving patient falls processes with an organizational plan for change. My facilitator told me I need to narrow down my topic down and be specific . Falls and leadership is an patient problem and problem at my place of employment. can some one help me come up with more ideas that includes an organizational change plan for falls and quality of care. I don't know how this sounds that's why I'm reaching out for help coming up with topics ideas for my project please thanks.
