Question: There are six leaders that currently come to mind such as; president Barack Obama, former president George W. Bush, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, and Mark Zuckerberg, however I will condense these selections to only two leaders. All of the previously mentioned leaders have three things in common and that is change facilitation, change implementation, and multicultural/global leadership characteristics. The leaders of today possess a unique set of leadership characteristics that enable them to transcend global relations. Each leader is equipped with transformational, transactional, and charismatic leadership styles that are used to influence individuals and/or subordinates. Leaders who actively take on roles as public figures must become multi-culturally inclusive, i.e. they must embrace cultural diversity and consider feedback from different ethnicities which is an inevitable character trait in any leadership position.
