Write an analysis determining whether your leadership style is strategic and supportive of employee empowerment. Based on your readings, indicate behaviors that characterize your leadership. Then, select two traits that are congruent with your organization's expectations for success and justify your selections.
In your analysis, include a self-evaluation and, if appropriate, describe how you will modify your behavior to become a more effective leader and communicator in your profession.
Support your synthesis with a minimum of three resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your synthesis should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
