Question 1. Companies use specialized jobs because they are economical and easy to learn and don't require highly paid workers. However, specialized jobs aren't motivating or particularly satisfying for employees. Companies have used job rotation, job enlargement, job enrichment, and the job characteristics model to make specialized jobs more interesting and motivating and in turn to motivate and challenge their employees. Apply the concepts of job rotation, job enlargement, and job enrichment to two of the following jobs. Describe how your ideas could make the job intrinsically motivating. Your paper must be 1/2 page in length.
