Most well managed health care organizations utilize balanced scorecards to monitor organizational performance (see pg. 94 of your text). This position paper challenges you to create the balanced scorecard you would design for an acute care hospital. Name at least five components on your scorecard and why you selected them, and how you would measure ongoing performance in those five areas. Your paper should be a minimum of three pages in length, with a least one reference.
