Monthly incomes of electrical engineers

A current survey compared monthly incomes of electrical engineers with that of civil engineers. A sample of 13 electrical engineers had an average income of 64K with a sample standard deviation of 5k. A sample of 15 civil engineers had an average income of 69k with a sample standard deviation of 3.9k. At the significance level of .10 can we conclude that there is a difference in the variance of the two types of engineers?
