Use one model of corporate social responsibility and make James's case for him. Be sure to first define the model that you are using.

II. KittyKat's is a bar and grill that only employs attractive young women in their twenties and thirties as hostesses, bar tenders, and servers. There is a help wanted sign in the window seeking an experienced bar tender. Simon has tended bar in upscale restaurants and bars all over the city for almost 15 years and decides to come in and speak with the manager, as the sign in the window requests. After a brief conversation, the manager tells Simon that he will not be a good fit for the job. Simon presses her for a reason and the manager reveals that the bar has a long-standing policy of only hiring women for all floor positions. Only some stock people and bussers are men. Simon believes that he has been treated unfairly. Help him make the case for it using any one of the theories or models we discussed so far. Define or explain the theory you are using and explain why you chose to use it in this case.
