Mode  of Presentation

A strategy  needs to be  chalked out for  a satisfactory  rendering of the  topic. The  man oeuvres are going  t vary  with a  change in the  manner  of presentation. For  example a formal  presentation would  normally  make use of a formal  seating arrangement with  proper  slides or  transparencies. In fat the entire atmosphere at the time of  making a presentation is going  to be perforated with a  necessity of sounding impressive. On the other  hand an  informal presentation need not  observe a formal  seating plan nor formal slier or a transparencies. The thrust in this situation would  be to elicit the maximum form the  participants. Hence  presentation should  be such that  the participants at no stage feel hat  the speaker is  an  alien in their  midst or that he has something to say with which  they are   not  comfortable or easy. In  both cases the attempt should be to convincingly present the point sand bring about a change in  the attitude of the receivers towards the issues being  discussed. While in formal  presentation the  nuances of politeness tact and  showmanship are adhered to in informal presentation the  above  are relaxed at  the cost of gaining  greater proximity with  the audience be it in terms of relationship  or delivering of points.
