4. What aspects do you think will be of benefit to you as a learning? In regards to your professional goals?
5. Write a few paragraphs about your concerns.
6. What are your strengths, professional and academic? How have these assets served you in both your academic and professional life?
7. What do you perceive as your weakness and how have these impacted you professionally or academically?
Learning Journal 2
Based on your reading of "Teaching Smart People to Learn" and in-class discussions briefly summarize the theory and write a few paragraphs about how you can apply the theory in the workplace, or/and your professional/personal/academic life.
Think about the best and the worst "boss" you've worked for or with. How did their behavior or management style impact your work and the workplace environment?
What "management" behaviors do you have that positively and negatively affect your ability to manager others and yourself? Create a list of both your positive and negative qualities and describe the impact these behaviors have on your ability to work effectively with others.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
