GIS: Introduction & Use as a Decision-Making Tool
1. What is the single most import thing that you learned in the tutorials regarding GIS as it pertains?
2. Discuss a specific map example from one of the tutorials. Provide a short summary to include: What data was required to make it? What analysis was performed? Why is it important (or not) ? What decision might it help make?
However , GIS is a critical component of Emergency Management so at least some basic knowledge and skills are required.
