1.Thanks for your post and feedback, you did well to note that:  These measures help in promoting the safety of the occupants, to ensure that the safety conditions are preserved and that there is efficient emergency response structure. This awareness-level guideline is important since it will help individuals from accident situations, and in addition,  to that, a quick emergency response just in case of any accidents. If the self-protection measures are followed by the individuals to the latter, then they will be able to avoid accidents and also to minimize the risk of accidents
Now, first responders manage all kinds of hazards, some very serious, like bio hazards, inn that: Bio-weapon illness is not subtle! The pathogens are selected because they are highly virulent—causing death or significant morbidity. Do not try to make a serious illness look like a common one! If the patient comes in with a rapidly progressive febrile illness, especially with a rash, cardiac or pulmonary symptoms, consider this a significant illness.. Your thoughts?

2. Thanks for your post, you did well to note that: here are various issues that were important checking, and this would have helped prevent the accident from taking place. The corporation had realized that the tank had cracks, but did not stop using the tanks to transport the gas. This was obviously dangerous because a crack on a tank that is used to carry a compressed gas is likely to release gas. I believe this was a sign of ignorance and would have been prevented easily if the correct actions were taken...
Oil companies such as BP, Exxon and Halliburton has been known to throw caution to the wind in their oil explorations around the world due to greed and selfishness. The oil companies recklessness has caused a great loss of human life and wild life and massive waste of agricultural land has been rendered barren due to oil spills. This carelessness of oil companies was confirmed by the US Court ruled BP's recklessness as being the cause of the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spillage. The BP faced as much as $18 billion in civil penalties within the Clean Water Act, as reported by  the Wall Street Journal.
But, you will be surprised to learn that the BP's oil mishap in the Gulf of Mexico was just a minor incident when compared to companies atrocities in other parts of the world such as in the Niger Delta region in Southeast of Nigeria. The Deepwater Horizon disaster caused headlines around the world, yet people who live in the Niger delta have had to live with environmental catastrophe for decades. A Nigerian newspaper, The Guardian reported in March 2010, that more oil is spilled from the Nigeria delta's network of terminals, pipelines, pumping stations, and oil platforms every year than has been lost in the Gulf of Mexico.
