Task:
Identify a key strategy of an organization (you select a company of your own choice) and evaluate whether this strategy is suitability for this firm.
Guidelines for this task:
You are required to select an organisation of your choice and to undertake strategy evaluation of this firm.
This is an individual homework. You are required to write a 2000 word report including 200 words of an executive summary, but excluding references and appendix. You should also perform the following tasks:
A. Identify and discuss strategy the firm (or SBU) implements by examining its strategy statement and/or its value chain activities.
B. Evaluate the suitability of the firm's current business strategy based on the outcomes of your analysis (e.g., the identification of the firm's current strategy and the most significant factors affecting the firm's performance, and your understanding of strategy). If the current strategy is not suitable, recommend no more than two alternative strategic initiatives that the firm should pursue and justify your recommendations.
C. Draw your conclusion.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
