Review the case titled ‘Ashmark Corporation: Dealing with a Supply Disruption'.
1. Considering the Case Analysis Methodology presented in Week 1, prepare a written case analysis that answers the following questions.
2. Outline the actions taken by Ashmark immediately after the bankruptcy. Evaluate the effectiveness of these actions (2 pros and 2 cons) considering operations of the company.
3. What should Ashmark to next? Provide detailed support/data from the case.
