There are a number of medical procedures that individuals undergo to improve the look of their body and/or skin such as hair transplants, lipoplasty, rhytidectomy, chemical peels, collagen injections, to many others. Pick one of these numerous procedures and briefly describe the procedure, the pros and cons of it, reasons why an individual would undergo it and any possible complications. Also explain what direct and indirect effect(s) it has on the integument system as well. Lastly, why do you think the number of these body and skin procedures completed are increasing year after year?
