Second Journal Entry: Identify the key issues for all parties involved in the 1st journal entry.
Third Journal Entry: Describe plan for discussion and ground rules to resolve conflict from journal entry #2.
Fourth Journal Entry: Idea storming and exploring win-win solutions from the conflict in your journal entry #3.
Final Journal Entry: Exploring win-win solutions and drafting a voluntary agreement.
