Medical Device Scenarios & Reflection
You will be presented with 3 scenarios where a customer is in need of assistance with a medical device. Read each scenario and answer the questions with a detailed description of how you (the pharmacy technician) would proceed in helping the customer. Then, write a brief reflection by responding to the Scenario Reflection Questions. Medical devices include:
