The advertisement clearly stated that for every purchase of Maxira, the buyer shall receive one SX mobile phone worth RM500. Kelly read the advertisement and decided to buy Maxira because she wants the SX mobile phone. On 20 November 2012, Kelly bought a Maxira notebook computer but to her disappointment, she was given a BZ mobile phone and not SX mobile phone.
