The compositional needs of the team will determine how to find the appropriate members which leads to the maximum group cohesiveness. Each member should be selected based on their individual knowledge, skills (such as technical skills, problem-solving skills, decision making skills, and interpersonal skills), abilities and their ability to work and perform as a team member. Selecting members with excellent interpersonal skills in conjunction to different personality skills will add diverse opinions which could decrease, if not eliminate a situation of group-think.
