The idea is to evaluate Change of Professional and Personal Satisfaction between Junior and Senior Residents of Internal Medicine and Family Physician Programme in Riga Stradins University, Riga, Latvia. Prospective study.
Like expectations and reality of young doctors life.
As it should be master thesis…There will a survey, maybe expert opinion…and should be one more point of view. Maybe opinion of professors? head of departments?
I will upload now all the matherials (how to write a research proposal, what should be there, dissertation tepmlate and so on). Volume +/- 5000 words. That I will use in master thesis.
