Issues With Arbitration
Many consumer groups and advocacy organizations frown on the use of arbitration agreements in consumer and employment contracts. After you do a quick bit of Google research on this issue, tell us why that is. What group or organization did you find that wants to limit or block arbitration in consumer and employment disputes, and what is the group proposing to do with arbitration clauses that are currently valid in such contracts?
